Greek Meatloaf
- 1 lb ground beef chuck
- 1 lb lamb ground
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bunches green onions, minced
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 4 oz feta cheese, finely crumbled
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp dried mint leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients and shape into loaf. Use 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
